At La Porta Dental, we make every effort to keep your appointments on schedule. We kindly ask you to show us the same consideration by letting us know in advance if you cannot attend. This allows us to offer your appointment to another patient who needs care.
We will also make every effort to remind you of your scheduled appointment.
How to Cancel an Appointment
You may cancel a scheduled appointment or dental treatment in writing or by telephone.
Please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
If you miss an appointment without notice or cancel less than 48 hours before it begins, the following fees apply:

First visit or consultation: A €50 cancellation fee will be added to your bill at your next visit.

Subsequent appointments: A €100 cancellation fee will be charged at your next visit.
