Dental Treatment Guarantees

At La Porta Dental, we offer guarantees for dental implants, cosmetic dental work, and prosthetic restorations.

If a dental implant fails and the applicable guarantee conditions are met, our dentist will place a replacement implant at no additional treatment cost to you.

Guarantee Periods

Removable Restorations

  • Partial dentures: 5 years.

  • Complete dentures: 5 years.

Fixed Restorations and Implants

  • Bridges and crowns: 5 years.

  • Dental implants: 10 years.

Guarantee terms may differ between clinics. Please confirm the conditions applicable to your treatment before proceeding.

Important Limitations

Guarantees do not cover root canal treatment.

The implant guarantee applies only when our dentist or clinic completes the entire implant restoration, including fitting the crowns, bridges, or dentures.

Guarantee Conditions

Your guarantee may be reduced or invalidated in the following circumstances:

  • Oral hygiene is neglected.

  • Your dentist’s instructions are not followed.

  • Removable restorations, such as partial or complete dentures, are not properly cared for or maintained.

  • You do not attend regular dental check-ups at least once every 12 months.

  • Your gums or supporting bone naturally recede.

  • You experience rapid, significant weight loss or weight gain.

  • You develop a medical condition, or undergo treatment, that adversely affects your teeth, jaws, or chewing function. Examples listed in the policy include diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, and the effects of radiation treatment or chemotherapy.

  • You do not notify the clinic before seeking to make a claim under the guarantee.
